    Re: Cloudy water

Are you overfeeding? Most of the time it's the decomposing food that causes the water to foul up. Do a water change and stop feeding for a few days (of your fish can fast that long). If not it could be that your filter isn't large enough to handle the bootloader and that might be causing foul ups as well.

Cloudy water may occurred due to some factors and don’t beover worry unduly as you just need to address what is the cause and get to theroots to solve it.
    1. Tank not fully cycled
    2. Bacterial Boom
    3. Overstocking
    4. Bacterial colony being disturbed
    5. Overfeeding
    6. Insufficient water change
    7. Filtration
    8. Dirty substrate
    9. Etc Etc Etc

Lack of oxygenation can also be a cause.

When good bacteria are starved of oxygen, they are killed, but the anaerobic bacteria will survive to create havoc in the tsnk, which results in cloudy and stinking water too.
