got the rummy nose long long ago.. recently did not add in any fishes.
the worms like thing does seem to be moving at all.
how to you remove the worms on the fish? just pull it out ?

Yes use a small tweezer to remove the worms physically. But if that's too difficult you can treat the affected fish with a salt bath or use potassium permanganate which is easily available from most fish shops. The latter can also be used to treat the entire tank.





By the way, the affected fish seems to have cloudy eye, the potassium permanganate treatment might help the eye if it's an infection caused by bacteria or fungus
