Stem plants keep up rooting

Very frustrating as my stem plants keep rotting at the bottom then uprooted itself.

I got mm also uprooting itself after a while of planting.

Is this because my light is not strong enough?

Hi cm, what is your temperature of your tank water? What is the light duration for the photo period? How long was the plant been submerged (assuming it was brought from LFS from emerged form)

A pic of the tank with lights on will be good. And oh the brand or light lumen and spectrum of the lights will also be good

Light on for 7hrs a day. Led light for planted tank. Don't know temperature I put in living room. Bought from lfs submerged form

Ok first of all, do you have any fish in the tank? Any type of loaches are very well known to uproot plants. And second of all how deep is ur substrate level?

If its rotting try stirring your substrate, maybe due to the sulpur gas trapped underneath?
