water change after introducing new shrimp

i recently just bought 10 crystal reds to my 10 galoon shrimp tank and i would like to do a water change the next day as i will be overseas for a few days ,should i do a water change or just wait after,or should i just clean the sponge of the sponge filter

I'm sure they'll be able to do away with the water change until you come back.
