Ghost converted into a walking Zombie

my Ghost Shrimps body turned white completely and it still living. It seem to me the body tissues are dead. Is this contagious? Should I remove it from my tank or put it to "Sleep"?

I don't think so. But I will scoop it out and leave it in a separate container. Don't want it to ruin the water quality if it is gone while I am sleeping.
