OF surface skimmer suction cups not sticking

Hi, I've been using the OF surface skimmer as maintenance for quite sometime now.

Recently the suction cup's not sticking anymore.
It keeps falling off after a hour in the tank.

Is there any life hacks that can get the suction cups to stick again? Or perhaps anyone knows where can I get the replacement. Thanks in advance.

I read somewhere about boiling suction cup to soften it, but make sure not too high heat until melt it.

if you have a strong magnet, you can use it to replace the suction cup..

Thanks guys, I'll try the hot water treatment first.

I have no magnets with me but I heard it's the best way to hold things.
