hi good afternoon to all,my eheim filter keep CALIBRATING for days(green light moving up and down non stop).after removing mostly of my bio rings went back normal but problem came back again after a day.anybody know any tips or tricks to help me please.i bought it brand new and using about 10 months.thank you.
When mine behaved like this, I reset the program and set back to 12 hr function, same problem a day later, like your case.
Then I found a broken o-ring on pre filter tray. restored to normal after I changed all the seals. Mine is 3+ yrs old. Working fine now.
Since yours is 10month old I dont think it seals problem.
I am also curious to know any other reasons...

tonight i will check mine,thanks a lot.i really love the function of this filter can adjust the flow.low flow save current at night and high flow in the day.
checked all seals are good.bio balls only half tray filled and use 3 instead of 4 trays but problem still persist.send to qianhu yesterday but technician only work on weekdays so just wait for their call.

Have you looked at Youtube ? Sometimes , someone out there has the same problem and is documenting it with solution too !

Better check up on the issue , my fear of such long ďelay is that they might forget about your filter . Honestly , these modern upgrade for canister filter are unnecessary to me . I've been sticking with the Classic series nowaday .

Called 2days ago,he said the sensor for the water flow spoiled, spare no stock, must order from germany and have to wait about 2 months.L L must wait lor.

Gosh , thats kinda the downside of owning these so called electronic canister filter . The long down time that you're experiencing is what I've experienced in the past .

Has there been any updates about your eheim? I am also curious what the problems was cause I am encountering this siince yesterday.

may have to wait for the spares from germany about 2 months.
Filter is back.He said the control circuit board spoilt,change for free cos still under warranty.

Glad that its is resolved for you . I wonder , in this day and age of air transportation will still takes 2 month to reach Singapore from Germany ?

Well,what can i do ? Even if the technician tell me to wait for 6 months i also have to wait lor. the WARRANTY period he mentioned is 3 years,but DID NOT STATE the TIME NEEDED for repair,unless SINGAPORE got new rules to help consumers.(maybe have,just only i do not know).

No. They did not.Luckly my tank still got an internal sump to house the bio balls or else all the bacteria will be dead and have to retart the whole tank again.
