I doubt it can be done, though monte is considered an easy foreground plant but still required amount of co2 and light
Looking for carpeting plants for low tech. Anyone had success growing monte carlo in low tech before?

You still need seachem excel to give it a boost. I have some success to grow it with excel only, but do take note for my case the leaves and stems will be smaller due to no CO2 system
monte carlo is a hardy plant.. try it
