Calcium Chloride

Anyone knows where i can get some calcium chloride?? i want to try this out...think my tank has some Ca problems...the plants are growing okay..its just that the new leaves are really ugly!!

Unless you are using ADA aquasoil or any peat based substrates, look at NO3/CO2 instead.

Can get calcium salts from Dr Mallick. He's got CaCo3, Ca(NO3)2, CaCl2, CaSO4 and I heard even Dolomite (Calcium Magnesium carbonate).

Personally I used coral chips for the Ca and Mg supply.

Stunting of growth tips usually comes with either poor nutrients namely NO3/CO2 or both. Calcium is seldom an issue if you do large weekly water changes but you can rule out that issue with dosing of Seachem Equilibrium after every water change. NO3 and CO2 are big players in plant growth after light.
