Hi. Need to know what test kit we need to buy for our aquarium, price as well as their function. I know each of them is not cheap, thus impossible to buy every thing. Thank a lot for the help
For me, because I'm starting a tank, I use mainly three test kit from api, Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate. These are I think the three basic indicator when you can introduce fishes into the tank. One more test kit I bought recently is ph, this juz an indication whether the ph of water is suitable for the fishes you want to keep. So you can make adjustment if you need to.
Ok bro. Thanks for your input. I will go get this 3 starting kits. Do they sell separately or in a set? Btw what the diff between nitrate and nitrite?

They seems to have something called the master kit. But I didn't compare the price if I buy a set vs buy separately. Regarding the difference between nitrate and nitrite I can't remember, old man liao.. but it's easy to google.
none. I got those kH, pH, Ammonia and nitrate when first join the hobby but only used once or twice. In my opinion just waste money
Oh.. one more thing, i use the Eheim app to record the values, dunno accurate of not, but use it to agar agar tell me whether the water is in safe zone or not.
