Looks like a very young damselfly nymph that will grow into what I had in this link.

Thanks a lot bro . Its planaria . I brought the no planaria and pour into the container (overdose abit ) they all dead . Btw do you know what's this ? It doesn't seems like moving or anything just stick on my Glass and feeding bowl for shrimp .
