I saw this moss at LFS in Bandung, Indonesia. Anyone knows what moss is this?

It should be Thuidium glaucinoides, greyish fern moss

It is tested and survived submerged. I think keep it with moderate light, good co2, water flow and fertilization will be good. The temperature might affect the frond shape too.

Yeah u can. But it will need trimmin after a while......
