Question on Aluminium CO2 cylinder

Hi.

I intend to set up a tank and would like to find out about aluminium cylinder.
I don't drive and I would need to carry the cylinder around for refilling. Weight of the cylinder is therefore an important consideration.
1. How heavy is a 3L steel cylinder?
2. Is aluminium cylinder strong enough to be top up to the same capacity/pressure as steel cylinder?

An aluminium 3L co2 tank is about 2.3kg. There is no difference between aluminium and steel cylinders besides the weight. Aluminium being far lighter.



A steel 3L co2 tank will be around 4 to 5 kg.

ans 3 litre tank co2 full is 7.9 kg.after co2 usage will be about 5.6 kg.
