My guppy just gave birth about 2 weeks ago and her belly seems to be bloated again. Is she pregnant again?
When a female guppy mated successfully, it can produce 4 drops without further mating as it can store up sperm in her body. Every 28 days or so, it will produce a batch of fry (drop). Such is the reproduction strategy of guppy and that’s why they are also called ‘million fish’

Er....it’s sperm (stored or freshly transferred by a male) that fertilised her eggs....as long as she’s mated once she’ll be pregnant for up to 4 drops

Haha definitely! By the way I do have a breeder box, does putting the female in now stress them out too much?
Yes the female will be stressed unnecessarily if put in the breeding box too early. Since 2 weeks ago it just spawned, it will be another 2 weeks before you see the next. For now, just keep her happy and feed her well
