You should go NA. the boss will help you fix and test it..if the thing spoilt than can get a replacement for 20++ only.good luck.
Found a LFS selling a 2nd-hand CO2 cylinder + JBJ solenoid for an attractive price. But the problem is, one of the two wires, as shown in the picture below, came off. Cant test if it can still work, as the cylinder has no more gas to test.
It seems like it can be soldered back, so the shopkeeper said he'll see what he can do then let me know.
So even if after soldering back the solenoid doesnt work, can that part be replaced? Is that part what they call the solenoid coil?

That part which i pointed out, replacement only $20 ah? No need warranty or what one hor? And i also think it's not the real JBJ model as shown in the picture, but the taiwan one.Originally Posted by hii
what I hear from NA's boss the part is the same with the taiwan made solenoid and can be use for both .... brand new JBJ at NA selling for $120, if you can get this at $60 or less than add the replacement $25 = $85, u still safe $35 for 2nd hand.
But i m not sure if NA give warranty for the new part after replacement. If you have problem after replacing within 7-14 days I think he still charge u FOC if found the item faulty....cause reputation to them is more important than $$...![]()

I'm just afraid that the part cannot be replaced and must buy new solenoid. Then i would end up spending more than the cost of a new cylinder, on an old one.Originally Posted by hii

to play safe I think no worth to save few dollars but u can ask permission to shoot the solenoid and show to Mr. Chan than he will be able to confirm can it be replace or not.
For me I think I reather buy new to save all the trouble buying from A place and get repair at B place .. time = $$ unless u r too free ..![]()
