After trying with some plastic container to make a low maintenance tank by the corridor with natural sunlight Here

I decided to start a proper planted tank. This topic will serve as a journal.

The foundation

position position position, just like how we use to play at playground with sand. The white masking tape are for marking the 2cm depth to keep.

finely chopped Christmas moss . Suppose to use a paint brush to apply them. As my house didn't have one. I just make do with my hand and a metal spoon!

Day 2 of dry start, keeping my fingers cross.

Day 7 of dry start. Removed the wood as mold started growing EVERYWHERE. After that rearranged the wood. Like the current Scape with just stone.
