Need help on my carbon plus system..seems to be faulty anyone knows where to get it repair ? thanks

HI Guys

What happen is that I usually set it on timer, 2 days back i found that there wasnt any power on... I check the plug and such all seems fine leh... but nothing happen leh.. the manual is next to no use... aiyo... this system is abt 8 mths old..wonder what could have happen if the catrige is empty it would indicate low rite..sharks i hope I can fix it.
