Re: Rescape - A Bonsai Escapade!

Did up the tank yesterday as my own National day celebration haha..
For this setup, my plan is to use SS Pipe to cool down this tank.. so decided to integrate a moss wall into the scape to hide the ugly SS pipe.

Got some plastic crates lying ard from previous scape and decided to use it..

Added mini pellia to wall and willow moss to tree, stone and soil etc.

Will post again once plants has grown out a little, thx for viewing

    Hi!

Excited to see it again once it grows out! I have a bonsai tree too but the Christmas moss I tied to it doesn’t seem to be attaching well and is coming loose, might need a rescape again . How did you attach your willow moss? Via super glue gel or strings too?

    Cheers,
    Alex

How does this "S-pipe" cooling work?

Stainless Steel pipe, cold water from another tank flows thru it effectively cooling this tank too. Ofcos it is connected to a chiller. Temperature difference is about 2 degrees at the moment.
