3 feet tank lights recommendation

Hi all, i'm starting out a new 3x1.5x1.5 planted tank with chiller and cannister filter. I want to grow different type of moss. What are my choices of led lights? do i need a full spectrum or just half will do? Is dimmable functions necessary to control algae growth?

LED sets offers full spectrum nowadays and can be adjusted as well in terms of the spectrum and intensity (except some like ADA), do search around the internet to find out more but personally I narrowed to 3 choices: ADA, Giesemann and Radion.
