Feeder Goldfish

can we keep feeder goldfish as pets?

i read that these may carry disease and prob wun live for long. but if i keep them in a tank of their own, will there be any issues?

I keep feeder swordtail in my water lily and lotus pots. Healthy and happily multiplying away

will it be the same for feeder goldies in a tank?
my fish (angels and goldies) have been dying on me.... sian. so wana get cheap feeder goldies, plus they are kinda cute

What filter are you using? Goldfish have a high bioload so the water needs to be properly filtered.

i'm thinking of getting a sponge filter. my tank is quite small (29cm).

i will prob get like 2 or 3 feeder goldies.

the tank, at the moment, has 2 plants and an air stone. no other fish cos they all died sob.
