Shrimp egg?

We have our Fire Red for about a week and found this is our tank. Is this egg? How do we know if the egg are fertilised and any special care needed? Thank you

Erm, which thing are you referring to? If its the striped thingy thats a zebra nerite snail shell :P

From the picture, your shrimps are not carrying any eggs yet. even if they carry eggs, you can just leave them (mum with eggs) in the tank... no need to separate them.
