Where to get cheaper killifish?

Saw some killifish at Clementi, but selling at 10 bucks each. Any place where I can get them cheaper? Thanks.

Hi Kingpin,

Aphyosemion Australe will be a nice fish to start with, but it is rather hard to get female from LFS. They're mop spawner and non-annual and easier to keep compare to Nothobranchiius.

I've read from some websites that u can order the eggs of killifishes n send thru normal postal services unharmed. But then u have 2 raised the young urself. Also must be a member of certain killifishes club, then can get a lot of variety. Maybe this forum has members who is abroad n can help out fellow hobbyist here in Singapore.

H2O are selling Notho and Gardneri breed which has mixture of female and male. Sometime it's hard to determine which female is is suppose to be with which male as they mix them all together. So far i did not see any AUS

Anyone here are into Killi and can give advices?

Kingpin, I just came back from PetSafari. They just brought in a lot of killifishes. Pricewise I believe quite ex but saw a few australe n 3 more species that I do not know 2 identify. U could take a look. There's 1 4ft tank, mixed killifish. There's also a shelf of bottles each holding a male killifish. The australe is located on the bottom left. The shelf of killies is located on the right of the entrance nearest Burger King. Happy Hunting!

Kingpin, Petsafari is located at EastPoint shopping center, which is located beside Simei Mrt station. Upon exiting the mrt station, turn right n walk along the mrt itself. When u see Burger King, the entrance 2 Petsafari is just next 2 it. When u enter PetSafari, the shelf of killies is just on the right of the entrance. The 4ft tank is opposite the shelf. Have A Nice Day & Happy Hunting! Oh, btw if u into Apisto, they have a 4 quarter circle tanks, 1 of them has a pair of breeding pair. That tank has apisto fries in it.
