i just got this moss....I've never seen this kind of moss before... it grows vertically like erect moss BUT erect moss grows all over the shop while this moss i grows neatly straight up.... the fronds are no where near erect moss fronds... so its definately not erect moss... the moss is still growing... once the fronds are more visible...will upload photos for ya guys to see.... prob after my exams!! cheers!

not to sure about it...will take photos of it once the fronds grow taller.... is jigsaw very expensive...cause my friend gave it to me... he said he brought it back from abroad
Moss speices are extremely hard to identify by the naked eye; you need to have them examined under a microscope to truely determine the real species. This is because the fronds of a particular moss may grow one way in a person's tank, but very differently in another person's tank! This has been proven by the guys over at killies.com
If you really want to know the true scientfic name of your moss, get in touch with timebomb from killies.com. Otherwise I'd be content with just knowing my particular moss is "this moss".
