For small quantity of soil, you can find at Nature Aquarium at Thomson Road, opposite to Thomson Medical Centre. I think shops in Clementi, Block 328 also sell small quantity as well.

Pardon my beginner question. I would like to try and start scaping with a 9l tank for my office. Any idea where i can buy soil in small quantity? Am thinking of doing a carpet of Sagittaria Subulata.
