Do croaking gourami males fight each other?

Hi all. Have two wild-caught males in separate tanks. Thinking of adding both to my community tank but want to make sure they won't whack each other too violently. Thanks for any help.

They will fight. I used to have lots of wild caught. They can be more active and aggressive than domestic bettas... my bettas got whacked by them.
