Clear brown poop from goldfish?

Hi guys,

My goldfishes were sick a few days back with thick slime coat covered on them and also with fin rot.

I changed the tank water and dose Prazi Gold and they recovered quickly.

Today is the first time I noticed a long clear brown poop on the sand.

Any idea what causes it?

Is it any kind of sickness or diarrhoea?
