Shiruba Xb303 vibrating/rattling sound

Hi all! I recently got a Shiruba Xb303 for my tank and it has been giving this vibrating/rattling noise (almost like a little pebble hitting the plastic cover)

Any advice?

Sound like the motor is working extra hard to take in/push out water. Or the motor flipper damaged.

You have to open up and see the inlet.

From the underside of the filter, you can see if the rotary is broken or the motor is having issue.

I managed to solve my problem by putting the filter at a lower level. Probably the previous height which I put it at makes the filter work extra hard.
