Tank Setup Advice for Neo Caridina Shrimp

Hi guys,

I am trying to keep Neo Caridina Shrimp as a first timer, here is my setup so far..

Substrate and Plants:
I read that some java moss and frogbits will do great..
1. Do i need active soil for java moss?
2. What do advice for a inert substrate?
3. Any other plants/fern/moss/ to recommend?


Bio Media for Filter and Mineral Rocks:

Any recommendations for the type of filter i should be using for undergravel filter ?
Any recommendations for the type of mineral rocks ?

Firstly, soil do not do well with over head filter.
The things u have mentioned is good enough to start your tank. But do take note, wait for the water cycle to complete.

As for biomedia, not really a need.
