Hailea hc300 a-----fan running but display blank water not cold

i hope this is the correct place to post this...

i bought a second hand HAILEA chiller. when tested at previous owner place the display was working, fan working. although it was running dry.

but display is blank. press SET more than 3 secs a few times..nothing happened.

any advice please? or contact for service?

Could be a deal motherboard, if you know anyone from china, a whole display is pretty cheap. Otherwise look for a service center locally.
