Dear all, I'm intending to keep a low maintainence 4ft (70g) tank primarily furnished with driftwood, java fern and nanas. Currently, I'm thinking of reusing an existing 2x55W PL light setup for this tank. I know the lighting's is a bit on the low side (<2W/g). Is this lighting ok or should I add on more lights?

Oh, would appreciate it if you have any advice for keeping the aforementioned plants too. Been out of planted for too long - rusty.

    Hi,

You should have at least 2w/gal for your low maintainence tank.
