trim off the submersed leaves to get it to produce all surface leaves. if the plant is healthy (i.e. leaf stalks looks robust) then can expect it to flower.

jus wondering if my RTL sprout surface leaves, does it mean its going to flower?

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
