Would like to find out what is a suitable type of light for a 6ft low maintaince tank?

Any recommendation of any specific brand of lights and place to get it.

I have rule out MH lights as i think it is an overkill for this tank

    Thanks

    Regards
    Nicholas

Maybe you can use a 5ft T5 lighting. Since you don't need to illuminate the whole tank. Just a suggestion.
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.

    Perhaps a 2x 3ft dual tube t5? Almost a full 6ft

PLs of FLs. Have yet to find a 6ft T5... unless you got a center bracing to hold up 2 3ft T5 sets.

Even 6ft PLs or FLs sets are hard to find.

Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Oh yah, how about 75W MH instead of the usual 150W.
