This is something new. You sure he was using Root Monsters?
I thought Root Monsters is for roots in the substrate.
i have seen n.a. using roots monster in his planted tank where it is placed above the gravel and can be seen. i guess he wanted the nutrient to slowly dissolve into the water so i am thinking instead of doing that, can i put the roots monter into my reactor for better distribution? comments anyone? btw, does anyone know the properties or nutrients value in ocean free's roots monster? its not stated on the box but very useful.

If you are referring to OceanFree Root Monster, the last time I looked, the contents are printed on one of the flaps, instead of the usually front or back of the packaging. Look carefully at all the printed sides of the box.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Hi D!Concept!
My brother in law had some cories that dug up a couple of Root Monsters at the back of his tank which he only discovered recently. Reason was there was a sudden outbreak of BBA and hair algae and he found the 2 RM just lying above the substrate while clearing the mess. Could be excessive if you let them leech into your water in that manner. They were meant for being buried in the first place, weren't they?
Cheerio!

thats what i though so too. catfishes digging up the RM but maybe it was because they being dug up in a spread out spacing made me feel it was man made.![]()
