How to repair Juwel FL light set?

Hi guys,

I have a Juwel RIO 400 tank set that uses 2 sets of Multilux light sets. Yesterday one of the set of lights blew for no reason. I suspect it's the fuse. Does anybody have any experience repairing it? Or must I bring it down to the authorised dealer? Hoping not to do so coz i expect it to burn a hole in my wallet.

Juwel tanks are not exactly popular as planted tanks. I think best to call Camfurt Enterprise to check how much it cost before deciding if it's worth your while to bring it down for servicing.

Hi Learner,

Juwel light sets are usually silicon together, once you try to open it warranty void.

There are two piece of holder at each ends (can be open by some force - outward). It is used to hold the top piece and bottom piece together.

To be on the safe side, think I'll bring it down to Camfurt. Tried calling them today but couldn't get anybody on the phone. Will try again.
