Currently use a Bioball reactor for my new 3ft tank. However I found that the CO2 injected is not fully dissolved, still can see CO2 bubbles been pushed out by the out flow. Therefore I'm looking at the option of external or any CO2 reactor that can fully dissolve the CO2 before flowing into the tank. Any suggestion? Kindly name the brand, technology & price if you can. Thanks.

The external reactor sold by Nature Aquarium seems popular and good. Also check out the sticky at the Equipment forum, there's a article about a DIY internal reactor.

Thats O2 degassing during the photoperiod and not undissolved CO2. O2 unlike CO2 is harder to dissolve and hence will build up in the reactor chamber. This buildup has an impact on the flow which in turn will lower the reactor efficency. Tom Barr's venturi design takes care of the problem (take a look at the DIY Internal w/venturi design) by misting out the O2 while dissolving the CO2 along the way. You can apply that to an external reactor as well but make sure the hole is sealed properly though.
