I have a dwarf gourami in my tank that has one of his eyes popped out and puffy. It is kind of a orangish color also. What should I do to maybe heal him??

Think your fish got popeye eye. Can use Ocean Free Internal Bacteria Medication. But this medication does not seem to be effective for my fishes. None of them survived popeye eye even after the application of the medication . Maybe you can give it a try.

but i suggest changing your water starting ASAP
because pop-eye is a sign of poor water conditions

    I fully agree with yimin

pop-eye is an indication of either poor water condition (excessively high nitrate levels) or internal bacterial infection. It will be good to start off with a good water change. When was the last time you serviced your filteration system....you many want to consider cleaning it if it has not been done for more than six months or so.
