Nice tank!
One question from me. How do you get your E. Tennellus to grow so thickly? Mine are just minding their own business and sprouting shoots sparsely. Any parameters of your tank you can share?
It's been a while since I posted pictures of my tank. Finally got time on my hands now that I am going to ORD soon!![]()
I'm still waitiing for the E. Tenellus to fill the foreground. And the plants on the left will be removed soon.
Any experts out there willing to teach a newbie how to shoot decent aquarium photos? I'm using a 3.2 mpx Sony cybershot. Too poor to buy the better ones...

Looking good.
For full tank pictures, try shooting without flash and put your camera on a sturdy support if you don't have a tripod. Makes a world of difference.
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

I love my Aquatic Garden!!
Basically I just plant them about 1cm apart from each other and wait for them to fill the foreground. When they have grown too thickly, I just pull the runners up and replant them elsewhere.Originally Posted by flyinmysoup
These are easy to care for plants that don't require much attention or ferts. I have just CO2 in my tank, no ferts at all.
But you do need some time for them to fill into a dense foreground.
