a bit of bug lahh.. but wat pains me is that some of them keep getting the same disease..

some look very nice one day and next day turn grey, and gasping for air, lose appetite, scratch on driftwood, swim like got heart attack and mati..

read up on internet, but still cannot identify source of parasite.. can be ick, or velvet, or dropsy..

put anti-parasite and changed water, ok for 1 week, and then it starts all over again..

sighh.. tink lost more than $200 to matied apistoes...

tink have to set up medicated quarantine tank for all new apistoes already.. too siong to risk having half the tank wiped out..

actually, I lost more to mysterious death or injury rather than dieases.. i agree with charles on letting the new arrival climatize b4 buying.. but I buy them early becoz I wanna save them []

my red gold mysterious MIA (perharps got struck behind the cockbark) A. caca female, for no reason died, male died of injuries by my A. tefe.. candidi from portisfish died from dropsy (so far, only one casulity from it) latest death is my A. mac male, killed by the female.. sigh

me so not competing, but with so many nice species out there, I cant get enuff []
