Setting up new tank

Im planning on setting up a new tank for apistos
the question is do i fill the whole tank with apistos or at most only a pair
Read abt them being territorial or something
Will a 2 ft tank be adequate?

Hi Deathsembrace,
For a 2 ft tank, I would recomend only 1 pair if you intend to breed them. They are territorial fishes so give them some room to run around in. Even the mating period will see the male chasing the female around if she is not ready.
Anyway with apistos, you will not appreciate the fish's beauty if you pack alot of them in a small area unlike Tetras which is a shoaling fish.
