I feel that your fat-leaved crypt needs to be shifted to the right and bring forward abit. Like the article on aquascaping you hyperlinked, 1:1.618. You lack a focal point and that crypt seems good enough to be a fine center piece. Then maybe you can spread your foreground plants to cover all the left and back area to simulate a plain, if that's what you want.











I'm hoping for the cyperus helferi to get very much thicker, and the foreground to complete.
