Sherwin the MH is the one same as Gan one, the ballast is outside as an individual object.

Maybe Light Shop
Juz go to any shop (lighting or hardware) and ask for 3 core cable. It's quite common and won't cost much. They normally come in White or Grey colour, but in your case black will fit best. Try looking for it, they do have it in the market.

anyway the electrical shop at serangoon north (side of rd opposite bus stops from amk) has it
All cables should be water proof except for the cut ends.
