Pop Eyes for my Dori....

I have a 45 gallon hex tank which has been running for about 18 months. I added a hippo tang about a month ago. I noticed last night that the tang had a poppe up eye? I beleive that this is some sort of illness, does anyone know if there is a treatment? Will it be able to pull through this without any assisstance? The tang is eating at each feeding (twice a day). Any help would bhe great.

Yellow Tang: ~12 months (4 inches)
Cleaner Shrimp: ~4 months
Hippo Tang (Dori): ~4 weeks (2 inches)

1.025 salinity
Ammonia/Nitrate/Nitrite Levels: normal

i hv 3 fishes b4 that has pop eyed, goes away after 1 mth or so. didn't do anything special, not even change of water. still surviving
