Hi Benny,

I think my mutant came in the form of this A. moluccensis I bought from NA. It looks exactly like the others except it's larger size. However, it has two big claws like the A. gabonensis.

It can change colour. It came to me patchy brown like the rest. Then it became green, then red, then orange, currently, it is green with orange claws.

Wonder what shrimp it is.

My A. gabonensis often gets stuck pushing through the moss and driftwood to make its own corridor. That's when it fans up its swimmerettes and creats a dust storm underwater by uncovering the basefert. I hope it can change colour like some of those I see posted on the internet. I particularly hope to see it in black as opposed to the mud-crab green on my model.

It's got a cracked shell that has healed. I wonder if it sheds its shells like the others. I'm waiting anxiously to dry and mount it...

BTW did you go to Karimun recently? I saw one of my church members there sans a mouth of teeth. He said a Singapore dentist on welfare mission there did that to him.
