My Blyxa Japonica is growing quite well until recently I notice big hole start to appear in the middle of the leave after bubble coming out from there. I have about 20 Yamato in my 3 ft tank.

    My tank parameter :

    PH : 6.5
    KH : 4
    Temp : 25
    Change water 40% every week.

Any action I can take before my Blyxa Japonica slowly die off? Thanks.

What fertilizers are you using and how often do dose? Any substrate fert?
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Recently I inserted two fertilizer stick (for potted plant) into the gravel. Does it damaging to the condition of the water? I suspect the yamato is biting the leaves and thus creating a hole.
