wad are the trace elements needed by the plants? and where can i get this trace elements? like iron?

You can provide trace elements through many commercial products like Seachem Flourish, easylife Profito, Ferka Aquatilizer, blah blah.

What will happen if we put in too much trace elements?

I notice that if I put extra (LGM), my fishes/shrimps will be gasping for air the next day.

Should be OK if you have sufficient CO2 else thread algae will like you

i was thinking of using one of the automatic doser to dose iron only. any idea which type of iron to use? iron pills in water?
