Lights? Which type?

Hi all,
I've a 5 ft planted tank with 4*36w light but I was wondering what type of light is suitable? I saw some talking about 7000K osram(spelling might be wrong) but what is the diff? Is that better than those for aquarium that cost more than $20 or $30? Any advice? Where can I get the 7000k with 40w and how much?

5ft 4x36watts is already not enuff suggest u get MH for bigger tanks.
