    My tank @ about a week

    The hair grass and the Moneywort have been there for about a month along with some Hornwort that I had floating in the tank, but the rest is a week old.(Hornwort has been removed)

    plant list is: Moneywort, hair grass, , Red Tiger Lotus, Crinum Calimistratum, Didiplis diandra, Rotala roundifolia, Heteranthera Stargrass, Anubias heterphylla,

    Fish list: 6 Otocinclus Algae Eater, 12 Cherry shrimp

    Equipment: 75 Gal tank, 2X250 watt M/H (6500k), Press. Co2, Diy Reactor, Eheim 2026 filter, a-zoo undergravel heat, ebo-250, 100% Flourite(red).

    I dose dry ferts from Greg Watson, They include
    CSM+B - 2.5 TBS in 500ml solution (3cc every 2 days)
    KH2PO4- .40 grams
    K2SO4 - 10.5 grams
    KNO3 - 2.3 grams
    Epsom salt - 19 grams
    Ca CL2- 7 grams
    Fe- 7 grams to 500ml h20 ( 1ml every 3 days)

    50% water change every 7th day.
    Lights are on 6hrs a day

    Plants are growing healthily. Aquascape wise, I think you need a hardscape like a couple of driftwood or rocks to give the scape form.

    A month old and the hairgrass looks very established. Hope you cultivate more of the stem plants for the background. Try plants with different shades of greens or leaf size or add some red plants for contrast.

    Water sprite is a nice bright lighter shade of green...I think some of that in there...maybe in the back left corner...would look nice.

    yes the tank needs some more contrast and definitely something in the back left corner still looking haven't decided yet. not really happy with any more driftwood or rocks that I have found locally and really hard to pick something like driftwood online, really need to see the pieces in person. I keep going to the LFS every week looking at there new shipments of driftwood when they come in. Some day I'll find that perfect piece.
