Who brings in Ladigesia roloffi?

Anyone knows anyone e who can bring this tetra in? So far from the literature I have, the actual size stated ranges from 2cm to 4cm. So how big will it grow?

Or anyone have experience keeping these? Would like to know how to take good care of them if I can get my hands on them. Thanks

Anakin, its possible to get this species but supply is limited and since its home range is in a war-torn region, it might be very difficult to get any for the time being. All we can do is just wait.. or if you can't wait.. take the next plane to Japan and find some. I think I saw pics of this species on the RVA website. Not sure if they're still in stock there.
