    hello, i'm new in planted tank. about 1 month. I have 60cmx30cmx35cm tank.my KH = 5, PH =7, and GH=7. the temp is 27-28 dh and using canister filter filled with carbon and bioball. the water is very clear. ihave put in the azoo plant nutrient liquid while i was changing the water.why have i got black dots all over my amazone leaves? i've turned on the light for 8 hours a day, so did the CO2. thanks

    I think those are BBAs starting to form, slow growing plants like amazon and anubias tends to have that problem.

    Trying providing some shade for your amazon with some floating plants like salvinia.

    But as squee mentioned, you have to give us more information.
    For example amount of light and CO2?

    thanks mozesyap. i turned on my light for 7 hours and so did the CO2. maybe less CO2 or too much light can make the algae grow. anyway i'll try to find the shade plants. thanks
