PL lighting problem?
I have a wierd symptom with my PL lights ( 2 tubes ),
sometime when i on them, only 1 or none will light up.
I had to shake the housing or touch the tube then they will light up.
Can someone advise what's wrong with the lights?
Is the housing faulty or is the tube faulty?
Both are 2nd hand items.

its probably a connection problem... old wires or not properly connected..
The pins on the tube may be faulty, or the pin connectors may be faulty. Check both.
Resistance is futile, you will be administrated!
Sounds like a connection problem. Open to check if you're confident of your electrical skills... remember safety first.
If not bring the set down to any electrician to check.

I think it's most likely connection problems, since this is 2nd hand.
I better bring down to LFS to check since I'm no electrician
